2.28.10 - Wekfest 2010 (56k warning)

Today was pretty cool. Wekfest 2010 is an annual event that comes to Japantown. I saw a lot of old faces and met some new people. I finally met my Kuya Tom. YAY. Well, I woke up at 9am this morning just thinking about today. I texted Aaron telling him to get ready by 10 but we ended up leaving at 12. He had a fatass hangover from a party last night. We came late because Kevin had to finish doing his laundry and stuff. Samantha got dropped off at my house and about 20 minutes later, Kevin swooped us and we went to swoop up Aaron. Headed to SF, looked for parking for about 20 minutes and ended up parking somewhere else because Kevin didn't want his car towed from the Safeway parking lot. Waited in line for a cool hour and a half. We bumped into Forrest and some of his homies, Andrew, Lyly, and his brother came a little late because his brother's car broke down on the way and their was hella traffic. They ended up leaving because they didn't wanna spend money for having 1 hour to look at cars at stuff, the event was actually going to end at 6:30 due to the line. Once we got in it was full of sweaty, hot ass Asian people. I didn't see Jenny Chu or Ashley Vee which is kind of lame. Haha. We bumped into Tom, Zalo, and Ron once we were about to leave. Overall it was an alright event, I still think the actual runs and meets are more better. But hey, there was more cars and it was actually worth looking into.
